    Here's my banded wigeon and storm wigeon that Pat at NW Wings did for me. He does outstanding work!

    Those are fantastic birds! That storm could make a bad taxi look good!!

    Just cause I love widgeon... in all their variety, I thought I would share a few "storms" Dad and I have taken.

    Here was one I happened upon last year...

    This was the best we have ever shot (Dad killed it 3 yrs ago). It is now on the wall.

    Here was another from the same year. Not quite as good but still "stormy".

    And a final bird...not quite as good as some, but completed the widgeon trifecta for the day. American, Euro, and Storm.

    Wow. Three gorgeous Wigeon.

    One of my favorite birds to kill.. Love to hear them whistling above us in the predawn..

    There is a place on the Columbia River in WA where we kill all Wigeon limits- on purpose..
