I have been cooking a looooong time, and this is unreal

Take a venison roast (top roast from the ham) and place in a large soup pot. Add a can of Campbells beef broth, salt and pepper and some Tony C's. Add enough water to barely cover the roast. Cook on medium for 2-4 hours (depending on the size of the roast and the age of the deer). You will have to keep adding water.

When the roast starts to get REALLY tender, add a quarter cup of flour (mixed with cold water in a cup until there are no clumps). Stir. Add a large sliced onion, 4 sliced carrots, a few sticks of celery and a diced potato. Let cook for another 30-40 minutes and spoon over rice.

Probably one of the best venison dishes I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Enjoy.
