Zuckerberg says he will hand over ads paid for by Russian operatives that favored Trump during the election, to Congress.

More of an indictment on him if you ask my opinion.....if he felt it was so terrible, why did he take the money for them?

    One more rich hypocrite.......

I think those Russian interests need to sue for a refund, as anything Trump was hindered if not blocked most times. Had to search hard to find anything at all.

What, exactly is he turning over?
Not the ads, they can be seen by anybody.
Maybe the people that paid for the ads? Not seeing the big deal on advertisement and who paid for it.... Who cares who paid for it.

From Yahoo: Facebook said Thursday it will turn over more than 3,000 ads sold to accounts linked to Russia to congressional investigators. The company first disclosed the ads, which were sold between June 2015 and May 2017, on Sept. 6.

Look up the history of the Reich Ministry of Propaganda and Public Enlightenment and you'll see why knowing who paid for advertising is important.

    Kinda on thread topic:

Apparently Homeland Security has alerted 21 states their election processes were hacked by the Rooskies during the 2016 election.

Some not so serious...some pushing the envelope of seriousness.

    https://techcrunch.com/2017/09/22/electronic-voting-state-hacking-russian-government-cyber-actors/

On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security notified nearly half of the U.S. states that their election systems were targeted by Russia-affiliated hackers in an attempt to influence the 2016 election. In most of the states targeted, the hackers were engaged in preliminary activities like scanning. In other states hackers attempted to infiltrate systems and failed, but in a small selection of states, with only Illinois confirmed so far, the election systems were compromised successfully. According to Homeland Security, none of these attempts were aimed at the systems that actually tabulate the votes themselves.
