I've bee waiting until duck season ended and now that it has we can get this swap together. Here's the deal:

    1) Each person will tie enough flies to provide one fly for each participant. For instance, if there's 6 people in the swap you tie six of whatever fly you decided upon.

    2) Each person will send me their complete set of flies with enough money for return postage, or a stamp or two and I'll stick them in an envelope. Make sure you include your name and return address.

    3) I will send each person one of every type of fly tied.

    4) I will take pictures of the flies and post them here and probably on the main board.

    5) You need to have the flies to me by March 1st.

    6) You can tie a steelhead or salmon fly, saltwater or a streamer of some type.

    7) Post up here the specific fly you will tie.

Sound like a winner? So far here's the folks that have said they want in and the flies they want to tie.

    1) Mean Gene: Giant Rubber Band Stonefly

    2) Grenhdseducer: Zoo Bug or Sculpin

    3) Backcast03: Something Saltwater

    4) Pawpaw77: Purple Skunk

    5) Featheredfriend: Atlantic Salmon fly of some type

    6) Grey Beard: Something weird that I'm sure no-one has ever seen or heard of...hopefully with all it's parts this time

If anyone else wants in post up so we know how many flies to tie.

The only thing a booger sticks to is the mouth of a redfish's mouth! It's just a simple bullet head Estaz thingy. Use it alot when the reds are sucking sand worms off the sand in the fall and spring. The Batman.....you're going to have to just see this one!! Came from a guide I used to tie for in Jacksonville. Of course, I had to manipulate his idea. Pretty cool. It's got wings! Its also wore out some reds and drum.

.........Now I want some warm weather!
