    Hi everyone,

New to the forum, I have a 01 G3 HP170 I am hyrdo turfing. I am looking for tips on how to lay the turf and have the diamond pattern line up. I plan on laying the turf on top of each deck lid and deck itself. I plan on leaving 1/4 of the lid exposed. Curious if anyone had any tips.

I have attached a photo of a gator trax boat. Kind of the look I want to go with.

    Thanks for any help,
    Ray

Can't help with the diamond pattern but I have done three boats with the grooved pattern and lining it up is not that big of a deal. You can lay it all out and dry fit it before you commit to gluing. Good luck.

It's a boat not a Barbie doll, just make sure they are all going the same direction and roll with it.

If anything go heavy on your cuts the stuff cuts like butter with a hot knife so it's easy to trim.

Must have had a bad batch or installation. Five years with no problems and my boat is stored outside with no cover 24/7 through all four seasons.

The problem I had is that it started to come apart it was stuck to deck like concrete it just started deteriorating. It good stuff don’t get me wrong I haven’t busted my butt during the below freezing temps since it was put down
