Model and year would be helpful, does it have tilt/trim?, electric start?, long shaft or short? All these things figure into weight. The mega is a 3 cyl. As a ball park, I'd say 100-130 lbs. A true mega 25 is hard to find, they can be modded to 40hp+ with very little trouble/expense, most people know what they have, they don't part with them, and they don't come cheap.

Don't know the exact weight, but I do know if you fail to bolt it to the transom and then hit a log, you can get four full rotations before it hits the water.

If you are willing to do that again, I'd like to see it. From the bank. ;)

Wasn't my boat and motor. I was sitting in it with my back against the front deck. Just before we turned out of Brushy and up the Blue Line, the driver said "I'm going to keep it on plane as long as I can." Turns out 50 yards was as long as he could.
