Went and talked to the ARE dealer the other night. These things are as high as a giraffe's tail.
The one on Research Park (HWY 255)? And yes, they are high!
No, one in Pelham. Outrageous.
I also didn't say "giraffe's tail" as a giraffe's tail isn't that high. I'm sure someone or something thought my language was too raw, which is fair. Make no illusions, I'd never refer to a giraffe's tail as "high."

My old truck the bed didn't get dirty. New one was bad. I put a tailgate seal in to try and keep it out. Still didn't help. My two toyotas before that didn't have much issue.
My topper is for sale. It's off a 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with a short box.
They keep most of the dust out, but certainly not ALL the dust.
Modified the hoist system a bit for this year.
Mine gets very dusty in the bed on dirt roads. I feel the dirt enters from the bed and not the camper.
