Training question: Force Fetching.

    1. By tapping under the chin one is applying a form of indirect pressure....a distraction from the immediate intentions to "let go".
    2. get the pup moving with "bumper in mouth" while the "heel" command is emphasized......kind of like walking and chewing gum at the same time

    Both methods are like walking and chewing gum at the same time.
    Two tasks combined into one.

    x2 for evans program...I own both hillmans stuff and evans (the book collection). Personally I think hillmans DvDs are better and I believe hes now incorporating online content so in that sense his is "better"...more aligned with the times and everything being online content.

    Having said that I like evans actual program better and it is closer to the way the professional trainer I use goes about her training. Evans books explain things real well and it's easy to follow.
