Rather than burn the tules every year, I’d like to see one of those F4s out of Kingsley Field “accidentally” drop a bomb over it on one of their training runs. That would open up a few holes.

Id love to it the match to some of my tule patches on my place. Tules need to get rid of that old debris to have some good growth

I am sure with your wisdom you know that Kingsley Field is a F15 Training Base. No F4’s based here!

F4's? Does the Air Force still fly those things? That's an old plane

F4 would be perfect to drop a load of Napalm.

Although a MOAB might be a better bet to clear out some silt.

I'm not firemen nor a tullie pro grower dude.. but I was in a club a few years ago that went up in a inferno in sept, Burnt the place to bare ground... By late nov. it was pretty much unhuntable with tule/weed growth... I got before and after pics around here somewhere...

Yup, Tules grow so fast after a burn that it's crazy. If they burn it now come duck season it will be a mess again, less under growth but way to thick and choked out to walk through for sure.:yes:yes:yes
