USPS online Fed stamp

    Not sure I understand them. Like you said, It's good for 45 days, but what's with the comment about, "Currently, 12 states participate in the E-Stamp program." Niether Mass or Ct are listed.

    You purchase them for any of the listed states through there online license program. You print a temp stamp on your computer. It is dated and time stamped. Good for up to 45 days while they mail you the actual Federal stamp. It is Federal stamp good in any state. I forgot I needed a new one for early season and the Post Office was closed. I purchased one from Virginia. Only cost you an extra 2 dollars.

    "Currently, 12 states participate in the E-Stamp program. Below are links to those states that offer online license purchasing on their websites. Click on the state name to be taken directly to that state’s online license purchasing location. Anyone, regardless of what state you live in, may purchase an E-Stamp online through any of the states listed below."
