Venison Green Chilis

    Dan?s Green Chili Venison *
    (Great recipe to utilize leftover roast or steak)

    3 Tbsp. Margarine
    3/4 cup Onion (chopped)
    1 can (8 to 10 oz) diced Green Chilies (drained)
    2 ? cups shredded or cubed Venison (cooked)
    ? cup water
    1 Tsp. Instant Beef Bouillon
    ? Tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 1/3 cups Evaporated Milk
    ? lb. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)

    In a skillet, melt margarine and cook onions and chilies together until onions are lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese melts. Heat through and serve with warm flour tortillas or in pita bread. Serves 4 to 5.

    *Can substitute other game in place of Venison
