Have they ever said how they are going to pay for it? Seems like it would be pretty expensive with no deductibles and a free lollipop and all.

I want one of those with the bubble gum in the middle. Oh, or maybe a tootsie roll.

They have the same problem that conservatives have with reducing the debt. And both are clueless. That said, it's pretty simple. Either raise taxes or constrain benefits. Eventually, one or the other will happen.

We've had the top tax rate over 90% and yet still only collected around 19% of GDP.

It's going to be constrain benefits - just as we knew all along. One size fits most.

You will be getting a left knee joint on your right knee because it is the only one we have in stock. If you want a right knee joint for your right knee then you'll have to go to the back of the line and wait your turn again.

Question Pintail...is our actual corporate tax rate the highest in the World or with deductions does it pretty much become comprable? And if I remember right a Scandanavian country taxes at a 100% any personal income over $85,000. That's a little dated but I think it's pretty accurate.

Don't know...I figure you're the best one to ask.

I believe that we have the highest taxed corporate rate - but effective brings US businesses down to #3 or #4 worldwide. Thanks in part to those pesky tax loop-holes....

For individuals we are not the highest taxed country.
