70 pound jennings, gold tip arrows, scott release, bodoodle rest, 85 grain thunderhead, thinking about switching to a heavier head as I am only shooting around 4 (actually 3.5) grains of arrow weight per pound of draw, but bow is still pretty quiet and seems to stand up to the abuse and the setup works

I haven't hunted for a few years, but the bow I have is fabulous--a Browning Drake Flight Master--set at 63#--another guy taught me to shoot--interesting, I hold 3 fingers under the arrow against the knock--the release is very smooth (of course, I wear a glove) and accuracy is very easy. I will have to get back into this sometime--the last time I was out, we traded some wildlife art prints to a rancher for permission to hunt his 10,000ac ranch in the Blue Mountains of SE Washington--the Rainwater Ranch--elk everywhere and only 3 hunters on the place.
