How about in MN?
Colder than hell. It’s like when I was a kid. Highs in the single digits or -1/-3 or so. Nights ambient is -15 and wind chill, we’ll, hope ya don’t get caught outside. I think with the wind chill it’s nearing -30.
Meanwhile next Sunday looks good for a rabbit hunt, high of 34 forecasted and sunny skies.
Also interesting was my late season deer hunt where I sweat my nads off dragging my deer out when it was 56 degrees.
Been in a cold snap for awhile now. -16 here in Vermont yesterday never broke 0. cold this morning too haven't looked at temp yet outside.
Yeah, but you Cali boys have a 200 day season.......
82 today But it has been a bit cooler than usually this time of year and have only had to use the AC one night in the last 2 weeks.
Thats nearly 100 degrees warmer than it is right here currently.
They come to Indiana and get stacked....
DEEP snow and ice will push them only as far south as they need to go. They will come back at the hint of any warmer weather though. Todd Farm in Allegan, MI used to hold 30-40k Canada geese throughout the winter. Anymore they l too out around 10-15k I believe.
Presently we are colder (10) than Achorage (42), Juneau (40) and Nome (19) Alaska. Go Figure!!!!
I was just showing that to my coworker right before I read this. Balmy in Kodiak and Anchorage right now!
