Mathews Switchback XT
Right there with ya!
I started shooting Mathews with a shadow in 1995. I have a few more since then. Best there is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
does anybody else shoot a whisper creek, i just love mine.
Ya know, you don't hear about them very often but when you do it's positive. There's some talk about them over on archerytalk.com. Thats a great site for archers,,, lots of info.
Hold on to that Ross as it will soon be a collectors item. Ross appears to be in serious financial difficulty. Without a miracle there will not be a Ross bow next year.
I have heard nothing of this... I probably should go check out archerytalk and see whats up. Thats too bad as I really liked their bows. I guess I could always go back to Bowtech but I have no reason to change from my Ross CR331... I guess I should just order a sweatshirt while they're still available. If you hear anything more, post up.
Every year, I say I am going to buy something new. But why mess with what works.
I shoot a Bowtech Tribute in Hardwoods with a 30" draw set at 70lbs. I use the smooth modules on it. Love the bow and has done wonders one the Roosevelt Elk I hunt........not to say an old stick bow wouldn't kill one!
G5 may produce the Ross bows next year under their name. I was told G5 has been doing the machining for Ross. This is just talk for now. Have to wait and see.
Although I like to see the small companies stay strong.. a G5 buyout wouldn't be all that bad. I have used some of their products and they seem to be quality items.
