Why didn't nh2 post his banded geese on the "Post your banded birds sticky" ?

Another thing, If he had Snow Geese in that close he would of shot several other Geese that got hit in the cross fire. Six plus shots and no extra birds (cripples or dead), just the collarded/banded ones is a bit hard to imagine. Three shots and he should of had six Ross's.

Nh2 will be easy to find at the NVR's next October. He will be the only guy wearing a full camo face mask at the check station when it's 80 degrees out.

Green you just need to learn: HOW TO HUNT FOR COLLARS then you'll understand how you can shoot into hundreds of birds and only kill one. Collared birds fly alone or out side the flock. Book will be out this spring::l:l:l I think he quit hunting::l:l

First rule of collar hunting, is waiting for a clear backdrop in the scope. Or so I've heard. :dv

If said book was written, I'm pretty sure almost all waterfowlers would buy the book to enhance their collar hunting skills in the search for jewelry.

I hope it has a chapter on reward band hunting :tu

Thought the first rule was that you don't talk about it?
