    Stuffed Carp.

Stuff with crawdads, seasoned to your liking,
wrap in foil and baked a 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Remove foil and let cool for a few moments.
Remove crawdads and place in a bowl.
Throw carp in the garden and eat the crawdads.:D

Never ate walleye or sturgeon. I clump the crappie/bluegill/yellow perch together as the best eating:D Before my catch and release days LM bass would be second.

Down here in Southern Dixie people don't know what walleye, sauger, and yellow perch are. Catfish would be most popular because they are grown by the tons and there's Catfish Houses (resturants) in all communities. Croppie would be the game fish of choice. We're trying to teach people not to eat lm bass.
