What is your best, favorite, most requested, etc dish that you prepare.

One of my favorites to make is Gumbo.

Grillin', smokin' and BBQ. I do almost all my cooking outside.

Most requested is pork ribs and smoked turkey.

Everybody always wants me to do a fish fry. I don't deep fry them, I use a big cast iron skillet. They come out crispy and delicous!

My name is Bull Cook, you may call me Bull
If you can pick it, pluck it, skin it, dig it, shoot it or steal it, I can cook it
I can cook on anything from a wood kindling fire to the tail end of an F-15 jet
But I'm under contract to exclusively cook on Wilmington Grills

I don't really have a specialty...I just like to cook some...sometimes the stuff turns out o.k., sometimes, not...you know how it is.

You're too kind...naw, hardly see the boy...actually been working my *** off for a change....need another slice of retirement one of these days, but ya gotta get it while ya can. Got a major inspection I need to get off next Friday, then it should let up enough to head toward Wideville...I'll be hollerin' soon.
