What kind of Gun?

    870 super mag is always a great gun but dont buy low price shell they jam the shizt out of the gun never had a problem with it other than that

    I use a Browning Gold Hunter 12 ga. and thats all ill ever use.

    The nova will get a loose forearm after a while.The 870 is a very reliable gun along with the browning BPS. In the end it all depends on the money youll pay for the gun.

    Hey whats all this talk about 3 1/2s if you let come closer then 40 yards you don't need anything else other then a 20 ga. 870 and 3'' 2s to take down the ducks and the geese I'm a 20 ga. shooter for life now I like seein the looks on peoples faces when they see you let a duck get closer to you then your dog is. It makes um lose it when you let the honks get a couple of feet off your gun barrel.

    870 super mag,,, if you take care of it ,,,, it will outlast you.....

    I have an 870. I would recommend that gun over most other shotguns to anybody.

    This year however, I mostly hunted with a Mossberg 835, because it is camo and my 870 is not.

    That 870 has hundreds of kills under it's belt.

    Real men shoot pumps.

    Semi's jam, need to be cleaned too often, can't shoot light ammo...I could go on and on. Plus, most pump shooters can shoot just as fast as any semi-action shotgun.
