    Lanzi,
my Daughter started out shooting a early youth model 1100 20 that was only chambered for 2.75" very hard to find out here and I spent years buying every box i came accross in shot size 2's or 4's, alot of ducks and geese fell for her over the next couple years and she out shot alot of adults shooting 12's... when she moved up to a 12 it was also an 1100 and she did not notice any recoil change from the 2.75" 20 to the 2.75" 12 alot easier to find and cheaper also... great that your bringing the young ladies into the addiction!!
