Winchester Model 12
12 gauge, shot 2 3/4" shells - that's all there were in those days!
My dad gave me a bolt action .410 with an adjustable choke, mossberg. Sweet little gun I still use on occasion, plan on handing it down to my first kid.
20 ga bolt action mossberg I moved up to a Stoeger m2000 after a year
My first 12 guage that I used was my dad's 870 but about 3 years ago i purchased a Benelli Nova. Love it to death.
Geese love it to death too.
winchester 370 20 gauge single shot
I used some of my dad guns, but the first gun that was ever mine was a Browning 12 gauge Citori. I got it in December of 1992 (I was 15 years old). I paid $899.99 (owner gave me a $100 off). It took me the whole summer of '92 to save the money working for $4.25 an hour.
My dad was weird about guns, he said I needed to buy my first gun. I glad I purchased it myself it means a lot more to me. Since than he has purchased at least a dozen guns for me high school grad, college grad, christmas, work bonus, etc.
I don't use the gun much, but I'll never sale it. It will go to my kids.
