I would go out on a limb and say Italian Salad Dressing is the most popular...

I use dry rubs most of the time and usually start with Kitchen Bouquet (A browing Sauce) rubbed on the meat and then apply my seasoning. When I marinade, I will use fruit juices & soy sauce to accompany my different dry rubs.

    Good cooking,

    Mack

I would have to say that I am a fan of cheap italian dressing.
Other wise it's red wine, mushroom soy sauce and a bit of sesame oil.

Lawry's marinates are good.... Garlic & Herb, and Baja Chipotle are two that I've found. Also like Jack Daniels mesquite marinate that comes in a bag. I've also injected duck with creole butter marinate like you use on turkeys. That tastes DARN good.

If you can find Cattleman's bbq sauce, it has a very nice flavor to it... highly recommended!
