Definitely the driver catch one flush every now and again for about 300 yards.
Killed a coyote last year in Iowa winds at 479 yards, my longest to date.I have a custom built .243 and shoot 55 gr hand loads.
on standing coyotes i have pushed the 700 yd envelope with my 22-250, 600 give or take on two differnt deer with a 264 win mag and one with the 7RUM, but i have lots of trigger time regularly and shoot loads custom tailored to my guns. All three of the guns mentioned above routinely do 3/4" and often better at 100 yds
My best is a couple of prairie dogs at 530 yards with my 22-250. They were both on the same hole.
Groundhog at 150 yards, but you guys in the east know what is it like over here.
You're just trying to out do / under do me. lol
A rabbit at 540yards with my .2506 tikka. The hardest shot was a 392 yard magpie with .22250 tikka.
lol, yea. The field I hunt in is only 200 yards long.
This is close to on topic,
How about 5 Prairie Dogs with 2 shots, A triple followed by a double on the next shot. Only about 125-150 yards.
Longest is 500+ with a stock 22-250 Ruger #1 and a very "Non-Stock" handload. Also a Prairie Dog.
First one I ever shot literally DISAPPEARED!
502 yds on a montana coyote couple of years ago. i'd like to say that i could do it again but i wouldn't bet my life on it savage 243 with factory 55 gr pills
