A large bath/shower towel works best but needs to be cleaned or I use white military camouflage. Blinds are too much hassle and birds flair from them.
Just lay in the open field wearing white camo and or breakup your outline with the military camouflage. Plus I usually won’t lay amongst the decoys, but if I do, I lay x-wind to the main part of the decoys.

Tyvek is cheap and easy. Use it on pit lids and layouts when someone doesn’t have a snow cover.

Simple solution, leave 3 people home. Hunting with more than 3 is always too many.
