Probably saw 20,000 to 30,000, maybe more in slower Lower this morning and afternoon. Apparently they are rafted up on the ocean out in front of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island. They came in about 7:30am and went back out around 10. Then they came back in again in seemingly greater numbers about 3:30pm. Flying over toward Millsboro.
