If money isn't a option,Mathews is the way to go.I've shot a Mathews for ten years now and can't complain about quality or service.Great Bows
same as above ^ I've had my mathews since early 90's (an old Z Light) and I am just now looking at another because of all the advances.
Once you go mathews you won't go back
but the others are not bad either
I shoot a Darton Maverick XT and think it's a great bow. Really happy with it. It shoots great and is very comfortable.
I have a PSE. Love to shoot it.
Shoot em all and find out which one is comfortable to you and fits the best(i.e.draw length&weight and performance).
I have a Hoyt MagnaTech and really like it
Anything that says "Mathews" on it will be the best choice that you can make......no matter what kind of hunting! I hunt elk in the Rocky Mountains and have for the past 30 years or so.........Mathews bows are durable as well as functional.......Their newer models are really a joy to shoot.....go try them out....you'll see for your self..........
i shot a guys mathews(dont know the model) at the range yesterday and was amazed. the thing weighed next to nothing and it hauled ***!! shooting carbon arrows at 70 yards with no arc...thats a tad faster than my jennings. id say buy it if ya got the cash.
I got my MQ1 in the mail...............Man is that thing sweet! I don't know why I waited so long to get a Mathews...
I don't think I'll ever buy another brand again.
Right now I am shooting a Jennings Rackmaster, but I am becoming a HOYT girl! Just ordered a Hoyt Razortec.
