I didn't know it was a Winchester!
It was a Beretta.
All stock and no jams. I'll keep it.
Doesn't shoot very straight, though!
If I went out as few times as you do, mine wouldn't get worn out and jam either!
You never see 1187's in the marsh up here, well at least not un-unjammed one.
1187's make a good anchor for a smaller boat, although they might still end up getting "hung up" on something
Silly, silly Kurt. You really don't want to go there. Don't make me call you out in front of the boys! And with an 1187 with broken parts, no less. But, when you have to shoot a box to drop one bird, it does take a toll on your shotgun now, doesn't it?
BTW, when was the last time you went out?
This could have been you...
I heard you shot three times and missed. The goose had a heart attack and thats how you bagged it.
That ain't too far from the truth. I did hit it on the first shot, but that first shot was about an hour before that picture was taken.
Another story for a Refuge campfire ring.
A kill is a kill.
I forgot! I do need a new part for the gun! I need one of the steel gas sealing rings, not the o ring, but the metal one right behind that. Shot my gun SO MUCH that it wore out and broke a piece out of it! Bet it will still work this weekend though...
Anyone know where I can get one in town or should I just use the net? Thanks.
