One idea in around creating more access since we are all such touchy-feely guys on this forum and want to make it better for the "casual" user is to create two check in and check out times for blinds and AP's.

Group 1 goes in at shoot time and has to be out by noon.

Group 2 goes in at noon and can hunt until the end of shoot time.

This would guarantee those areas aren't monopolized by folks like me who like to sit in there all day and make the rock kickers pay the dear price for over-advocating this crap in the first place.

What do you guys think? Sound fair.............:doh

Since it appears that blinds and assigned ponds generate more reservation applications why not do this:

    1. Identify marginal free-roam areas.
    2. Install blinds or make them assigned ponds.

This would generate more revenue and shunt marginal hunters to marginal spots.

I love it since I'm a ricer now::l Would not like it if I was still rat'en, but hay like I said before make it all blinds every were every refuge then all the problems go away. And like you said out at noon back in at 1pm. Heck they could even have draws for afternoons. More money More money and charge $25 a day to get in to help pay for putting in the blinds::l:l

We're not actually hunters in CA, just debaters. :p

Most of us are anticipating the "Balance of State" zone which opens this weekend (10/22). We shoot until January 29 this year. How about you??
