White Chili 1 lb. Great Northern Beans 6 C. Chicken broth 2 cloves garlic - minced 2 medium onions - chopped 1 T. margirine 2 4 oz. cans of green chilis 2 t. cumin 1/4 t. cayenne pepper 4 C. diced turkey 3 C. monterrey jack cheese - grated Combine beans, broth, garlic, 1/2 the onions and simmer until soft Saute rest of onions and meat in butter until tender. Add to beans. Add chilis, spices and simmer 1 hour. Add cheese.
