My Rep is on a couple radio stations weekly taking calls from people. He has always been behind Trump and most of what Trump has pushed for. I listen to him and to the questions. Flavor of the questions has went directly to the inaction by Congress in addressing real issues.

The fact is that this tax deal was needed for the Rs and the swamp. Will we see more as election time rolls around??? I hope so, because they have a window left to fix a lot of crap!

You should hear and see all of the wailing and gnashing of teeth and clothes rendering from the liberal/socialists on my alumni blog.

Lord a god almighty you'd think the 13th...14th and 19th Amendments had been revoked.

All of the finger pointing doesn't mean the blame or responsibility is one-sided no matter how many times you claim an absolute in that regard. The infighting is causing it more than one side or the other.

The only thing the blaming will accomplish is guarantee that the house and senate will swing to the D's. A good portion of the generic congressional vote in a midterm is based on the desire to stop a president's agenda. The 13 point vote preference below is historic in scale and doesn't bode well for conservatives or Republicans in general in 2018. If this holds you can kiss the house, senate and any possible conservative agenda goodbye. You won't have to complain about Ryan or McConnell any longer. IMO Trump is a pragmatist and will listen to Ivanka and swing left to accommodate Nancy and Chuck. Since you're not really a conservative, you probably don't care, but I do.

Take those same polls and do it state by state and see the results.

One other thing that i think is becoming clear and stalwart voices are being heard. The country has to know the duplicity of the Obamas and Clinton and those of power in the Dem party. Uranium one deal is now being looked at. Hezbollah being supported, and a host of other things now gaining traction.

You and i know that eel and chuam would vote for Hillary and Obama anyday and all day. Support Pelosi and Schumer as well. Fact is there are a lot of them like that. The difference makers in an election though are not so willing to hand back the reins to that type of crowd. Terrorism is and remains a real deal breaker.

I am still waiting for China to be declared a currency manipulator. For NAFTA to be revoked. For a tariff on imported goods. And all the manufacturing jobs to come back.

Tell that to the average people. Apparently they haven’t gotten the memo. Nobody cares about the uranium deal and things like that. Your general population doesn’t even know or care about things like that.

Average people are starting to listen. Buyer confidence is up. Economy is alright. Yet to see if this plan can bring jobs back.

As for the scandals, if they don’t wake up soon, we deserve what we get...

That is an indisputable fact whether anyone is awake or not, paying attention or not and stoned out of their mind or not.
