That time of year again to remind you all!!!!!
Here is your reminder what can happen if you do not check your arrows before shooting.....by the way carbon does not show up on a xray. So you will be digging carbon out of you hand for months.

Always check and flex your arrows..We all like to shoot tight groups but tight groups damage arrows..I always shot each arrow at different spots..Always check and flex arrows before shooting..Always make sure you are shooting the right arrow for your rig.DON"T UNDER SPINE YOUR ARROWS FOR YOUR BOW..Always check and flex arrows before shooting..

WOW! Thanks for that. Never thought about flexing them before. Glad you're alright!

It was a Beeman Hunter ICS400. It exploded when I released and the tail shaft was in my hand about 1.5" or so. I made the mistake of pulling it out myself so there was alot of blood.. The rest front part of the arrow was in the neighbors yard. Alot of pain, alot of phyical therapy and alot of $$. Would not wish this on anyone.

I always try to remember to flex my arrows before shooting. Those pics will definately remind me!

Ya don't realize how dangerous a bow is until somethin gives under pressure.

Im glad my cable slide broke while the bow was sitting and not at full draw.
