I live in Joiet/New Lenox boarder line . I sat in the back yard today . No wind ,sun shining , temps. in the 40's having an early cocktail . For it only being Jan, 28 , either the Canada geese are messed up , or they know something . All morning long , there was high , long strings of geese heading north . I'm very familiar with the geese in our area , and these weren't them . God I hope it's a sign of a early warm spring ............. :pra

    Please no. Not yet.
It's still winter. I'm not ready for things to turn green yet.

I dunno bout whether the birds you saw were local or not...but it was a good day for a daytime cocktail.

so what you are saying is that there is a reverse migration. In the past I brought that up and members said I didn't know what I was talking about.

There was way to many flocks flying up that high and in such large numbers not to be .
But to be honest there was plenty vodka's flowing too .
