    Duck: Wood Duck by far:bow:bow

I have had Canada Goose but can't compare it to a Speck as I have never shot/eaten one.

    Canvasbacks and white-fronts.
Corn fed mallards ain't bad either though.

I must admit, sad would be the day that I learned I was restricted to one species for eternity. Variety truly is the spice of life, and spice can make even the worst meat taste tolerable.

    Which duck? Where hunted?

In general, I'd go for a wood duck.

But, I've served grilled canvasbacks and redheads fed on sago, and had rave results. They are what they eat.
