How do you train a dog to play around? What command do you use to get it working... "Frolic!" ? :l ;)

I think tollers are pretty cool dogs. My lab does a pretty good imitation, and has summoned quite a few birds (unfortunately we're usually on the edge of a pond in the closed zone when he choses to start his performance so nothing has been added to the freezer as a result  )

Alex - love that picture of your pup vs. the mole! See that, Baiz, now that's what a seasoned dog does with a mole. :l :clap :yes

There some awesome pictures on this thread. Here are a couple that I took. The first is my all-time favorite. I got lucky when I shot the 2 mallards it was just as the sun was getting very low. As soon as my dog finished the retreive I got out of the blind and posed him and the birds for the picture.

This one is more of a fun one. It is one that just brings a smile to my face because he was just a crack up trying to cool off after a hot morning chasing upland birds. I added the second picture just to show you why he was so tired.

Here is one of a dog that one of my friends now owns. As you can see it was pretty windy this day. The ears just make the picture.

The bottom one is my favorite yet. I didn't get any action shots of her because the camera usually doesn't come out until there's a limit on the ground.;)
