Coho, my apologies if this belongs in Recipes.

    I love venison. I know: who doesn't? :D

I am a little stumped by ribs, though. Not a fan of deer fat. Usually we stew 'em. Which is why I don't want stew recipes.:reader;)

    Post 'em up. Thanks!

I boil mine in root beer only for 2 to 2&a half hours until tender then I will take them out cover them with barbecue sauce of choice put them in the oven or on the grill for additional 15 to 20 minutes then enjoy great taste enjoy them with coleslaw

I got made fun of one for saying deer ribs were awesome. Here is how I do them.

Dry rub and a little bbq sauce the last minute or so.

I cook them over a very hot fire. I like to get my wood chips that I smoke with and just light them on fire. Cooked these ribs a few years back in about 5 minutes.
