    Lewdog,

I am only slightly familiar with the VA blind laws, so keep that in mind.

My brief review of them makes me think that they are very restrictive and are a pain. They seem to be designed to make it as difficult as possible to set up a blind unless you are a land owner.

On the upper Potomac we just got the laws changed (2-3 years ago) so that unless you are a land owner you cannot license a blind site. The way it was, a couple of dozen people locked up the entire river. The new method seems to be working fine.

Now LU I didn't say anything about how I feel about them and see what was said !!! :h
Hunting Rights should be for two types of Hunters ...
    (1) Landowner (2) The Public !!! In that Order without a Place to stick MONEY !!!

My next question is A marsh that has NO BLINDS and NO POWASTED SIGNS on the Waters Edge of a Saltwater River, What would a Public Waterfowler need to Hunt It ???
