Well, I first off I want to thank the guys that came and say it was a pleasure having you out. Wish the hunting would had been better . Saturday we only killed 22 snows and blue--1 Ross' Subday was a bust we shot 2 birds and missed a few but overqll we had a good time, Saturday we shot decoying birds most of the day--They would pile in and we would shoot--Not always hitting but we burned a lot of powder.
Regardless the intent was met and that was to have fun.

Props to you Bo for sure. That is a great thing you do for those kids and I respect the heck out of you for it! I have always known what a jam-up guy you are but this puts you over the top!!!! Sorry I could not make it down to meet you all but I had other things cooking that would not allow me to make it. Glad you all had fun!

I ain't no youth and I ain't no old timer (25 years old)....however, I always stop in here to see what's going on because I think you are all stand up guys and the future of this sport.

Anyways, I just wanted to post up tell Bo what I great guy I think he is for taken some of you out for a great hunt. People who go out of there way(for lack of a better word) to help out kids with hunting get an "A" in my book.

I took my 10 year old nephew out for the first time this year. Of course he didn't shoot (2 more seasons until he gets to) but the smile that he had on his face and the great time he had in the blind was what duck hunting is all about.

I hope that all of you will remeber what people like Bo have done to introduce new people to this great sport. When you guys get older, have a truck, a blind, and a wealth of knowledge.....PLEASE remember to pass this herritage along to the next generation.....teach them how the birds work, how to call, how to shoot and most improtanly how to be a safe and ethical hunter.

    Way to go Bo!

    Doc
