I have taken someone on the youth hunt here in KY every since I was too old to go... Last youth hunt I went on I was 15 and every since I have taken someone... Many of boys killing their first old gobbler... Nothing better than sharing that with someone... Also you have some great gobbling hunts being it is earlier in the season... Also you can learn a lot because each old gobbler is different.. ALWAYS FUN... Have an eight year old going this year... He has never been turkey hunting.. He killed his first deer this season... He is going to be hooked... He has an awesome turkey farm to hunt too... We have already heard like 9 gobblers on it scouting... He will SMOKE one... :tu

this will be my boys second youth season hunt. we didn't get one last year because his "professional dad" screwed up the hunt. I blew a big boy off the tree. hope to get him on the turkey train this year. April 9th. :)
