youth turkey hunt

    Yes seth it's the home place. They took two nice birds off of it so far this year and dad said he saw some down there this evening. Before we moved 13 years ago there weren't any turkeys there, now they are a nusance. I shot my first whitetail buck with a bow only 80 yards from the house, it's a nice place.

    Well We drove to Lewiston and tried our luck for the gobblers. I've never hunted turkeys and neither had the other two that shot one. We set up 150 yards above the roost tree and waited and enjoyed the scene a few hen clucks and here they camr we got all three on the same call up. It was incredible. :D
