Yum sedge!

    Recently photographed this blue-wing feeding right at the base of what is probably red-root flatsedge. It was a common plant in this area and near where I had some great hunts right at the end of the season.

    Great pictures Clayton. Nice looking ms unit too. What did it mostly consist of?

    High areas dominated by fall panicum transitioning into more sedges and barnyardgrass on the lower areas.
