I'm not an elitist or anything but you gotta admit it's kinda funny. Thing is i could see it working somewhere not in southern illinois

In the late 80's and early 90's, we killed plenty geese over decoys like that out of our hay bail blinds in union county.

It would work if you're where they want to be.

You could set up without anything if you are where they want to be. I'm sure they would work in Canada too. Last time i went to Canada we shot out limit of 15 in 7 minutes hiding under 747 laying on the ground. It did help that there was 20k geese using this field.

In the 80's and 90's this area was the most prolific congregation of geese anywhere in the world of course painted milk jugs and tires are gonna work. I used them all the time 20 years ago in my cousins pit by the 18 bottoms

Back in the late 80's we cut many silo's out of several different kinds of sheet board and killed many geese over them. AND, we weren't in the largest concentration of geese either.

See the trend? I agree that it will still work today in some cases. I was just messing around livin up a little bit people. People around here are like sticks in the mud sometimes. I guess it's because you guys are all superior old schoolers to me as I have no clue how to kill anything, obviously since i wasn't hunting in 1984 with tires, painted milk jugs, trash cans and Ghillie suits:dv
