Was he going to run ? Apparently he held back a 2nd passport . Could that be interpreted as conciousness of guilt ? Just saying .

Interesting when and what you decide to post. Could that be interpreted....just saying:l

As for the bond issue with Zimmerman, it appears the issue is claiming to be broke while having a website that has raised 100K for your defense, and talking about it with your wife prior to said hearing.

The passport issue was evidently viewed as insignificant by the judge.

In other news, while both sides are asking the judge to take action regarding what's reported/leaked in the press, an attorney for the Martin family stated to the press that beyond Z's testimony, all the other evidence points to Z pursuing and confronting M.

Haven't heard the "statement", but if it happened, then sure sounds like a case for claiming prejudicial acts. Wanna bet on a venue change or even dismissal rearing it's head?

    I have 3 US Passports.

2 of them are expired - happens every 10 years - just saying.

Same here. The current one looks okay, but the expired ones are just sitting there like an archive. To avoid future wear and tear from idiots I wonder if it's better to shred the oldies.

The judge ordered him to surrender his passport as well as a financial statement . He failed to surrender all his passports as well as lied to the court about his financies . This would certainly will show what kind of credibility he lacks . He lied to the court bottom line . We will see if this will be admissible since Trayvon is dead and this proven liar will get on the stand and testify to what happened . Trayvon certainly cannot .

Come on... Here we have Zimmerman, an obviously unsophisticated man facing the court and like everyone else in a similar situation scared ****less. Even an experienced (read court wise) felon, knows to dummy up. They stand there and let their lawyer speak. Have ya considered that the information Z has "released" was based upon advice from his lawyers and maybe with good cause. Ya sound more like an Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson/Barry Obama "jump to conclusions" inciting discontent act before the facts are in.

The Judge asked and he said that he was indigent and did not report the 200,000.00 he had recieved . Lie one . The Judge asked for his passport and he turned over one and kept one . Lie two . The attorney stated he did know that Z had recieved the $200,000.00 in a paypal account . Z lied to the judge . There is also a taped converstion when his wife visited him in jail when they discussed the money in some type of code and this was taped when he was in custudy . What jumping to conclusions ? The facts are in the taped conversation from the jail , the transcript of the court and his answer he did not have any money . He is jail where he belongs and is a LIAR . He was a flight risk having 200,000.00 of unreported funds a passport and relatives in Colombia on his mothers side to hide him if he took flight . All this is fact not conjecture .

Ya give Zimmerman (who's not exactly a phi beta kappa candidate nor could he be classified as a street wise criminal) a lot of credit. Zimmerman is just a dupe caught up in unfolding events (he may not have approached things wisely, but still Z just reacted to circumstances as they developed). In fact, Z's lack of prudence isn't so unusual and certainly extends across all demographics. Besides... ya think this could be the first time some one tried to BS a judge?

So you believe once a liar - always a liar. I see where you are coming from.

So when - for example - the President of the United States waved his finger at the camera and told the American public that "I never had sex with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky" - you then looked upon everything that President had ever told you as a lie because as he later confessed - to having sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky - he proved to you that he lacked any credibility. That's cool - I admire your consistency.
