Horksrworkn are you saying they have bad customer service? 4 years ago my bird eye maple COD cracked around the guts. I send it in and they replaced the part, replaced the guts and reed and retune it for free. They didn't even charge me for shipping it back to be. On the 12/26/18 I send it in again for new guts and a retune. I put a check in box for shipping back and for the new guts. I got it back yesterday with the check voided and it had new guts and had been retuned. It sounds better now than it did when I got it. I would say they have GREAT customer service. Did you have a bad experience with them or is this coming from someone else or the internet? Not trying to start a argument but good customer service is rare now days and when I see it I let people know about it. Every companies reputation is important to their business.
