Thanks for your help and opinions guys.
Nice job on the anchors. What did you use for a mold?
me neihter, i don't care where you get it from, it's not stiff or thick enough for me, you need atleast 3/16 line, the stiffer the better
If you don't think 120 tarred is stiff enough, then you haven't used, or even seen Doctari's lines. He was more than happy to just sell us the line in precut sections. We got the clips elsewhere and use window sash weights for anchors, it doesn't get any cheaper than that.
We did the same thing - got lines from Doctari, clips elsewhere, and used sash weights. It works great and was pretty damn cheap.
I used a small Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl.
120 Tarred seems to be the rope of choice for the guys who favor Clips and Hose Reels. Nothing wrong with that because the clips work the best on the 120.
I leave my decoys on the mainline and stack them in the boat and 120 tarrred does not work.
Good thinkin'. Thanks
No problem. Check the $1 Store first before you grab one out of the kitchen.
I am sure you do not need the wife yelling at you.
