Do you still use Pac Bell? LMAO
Choice is good. We can apply at $1.35 to enter each refuge via reservation at 1% odds. We should be able to do the same via lotto for free (other than cost of fuel and time) with a little better chance of getting on. That took a decade or so of fighting the good fight. Once the Feds thought it was their idea it became reality. Hunting public wanted policy to change that was instituted for illogical reason by the complex manager that didn't respect the public hunter. And it was only for two refuges, not all 4. Then Colusa went to lotto and it was expanded. Then Sutter went to lotto and it was expanded again to include all 4 refuges. Very illogical as well.

Check station workers have always had my respect. They do a great job. Thanks again, Rosie, for the coffee on Wednesday!!

Why ???? Most free roam areas guys have to hit the ground running and to take time to put on make up so they look like duck hunters may cost them a flash light war and possible fight

I think ressis should have a spot to check if this is your first time to this refuge ? The computer system then can review and call extra staff to handle all the extra questions and stupidness of the huge amount of 1st timers if needed......

I don't think any refuge has a quota of 1000...barring any type C area. Your time stamp may be a bit off before they reach quota.

If you rats spent a bit more time working OT instead of pounding multiple lottos, you could afford a fermenting rice hole, get more sleep and deal with fewer blow hards! #2k17/18goals

If there was local rice ,corn or natural marsh for 2K I would already have jumped on it.

Until then I'll brave the flatbill crowds.
