zuki 25

    anybody have or know anyone that will part with a throttle valve sensor assembly for a suzuki 25, its the little electronic control on the 2nd carb....:pra

    JLA doesnt have one . I need one on my mtor too. I asked him last week when i picked up my motor.

    is that the problem with the 98 (i think) motors?

    Not sure what problems you are talking about with the 98 models, but all year models have the throttle control sensor he is talking about. This is part of what tells the motor to advance timing.

    I sold the last good one I had several weeks ago. Are you sure yours is bad??

    thought he might be referring to this problem JLA refered to in a thread in october or so


    "Which year model? About '98 they were trying to keep up with EPA's he** bent on killing traditional two strokes and set the carbs to idle on the top two cylinders only. It can be tuned out a touch but will always be there ........... kinda like a light switch as you roll onto the throttle."

    Blake, I believe all your performance issues are in the bottom of your boat, the motor feels very "correct". I was looking at the under side again last weekend and that thing is pitiful.
