Great friend and I had a awesome hunt. Shot Blue Bills (lesser and greater), Bufflehead,Goldeneye, Scoter, and some Old Squaw. Six different species and were done in a little over a hour.

Son and I are thinking of upgrading boats .looked at a few and like war eagle 17 or 18. Also saw this Lowe and wonder what model it is ? Photos attached. Upgrading from 1860 grizzly. Any thoughts on the war eagle, Lowe or havoc would help.

A buddy shot this cool cross in the south grasslands.

Since this is more a pet question I’m posting here as opposed to the gun dog forum, also wanting to get more views and opinions.

One of my blind partners took his boys out today and they shot this drake mallard with what appears to be a band clipped into the webbing of its foot. Anyone ever see anything like this before? Have any intel?

Been working on this farm since April . it’s on a great flight line between refuges and on a river that floods the bottoms easily

He waits at the door when I pull up and comes out to carry in a bird. He doesn’t care when I leave him home anymore. Loves life in the house, but the second I get home if I don’t give him a bird he pouts. He walks it in, shows it to momma so she can tell him what a good boy he is, and then brings it to the garage. At four months shy of fifteen, he can do whatever makes him happy. Keep up the good work Mag!

Do a lot of you guys/gals hunt on Thanksgiving morning? My late brother & I used to do a quick 3-4 hour duck hunt then go home, dress out some ducks (if we were lucky), clean up & head to Mom & Dad's for late/early dinner.
