    As stated before, there are poor, good and great judges. And on any given day, a dog may just be a dog. If you decide to continue to run HT, train your dog to a level that the dog will be underwhelmed by most HT. Wait until the dog in well into transition work and handling Senior level work...

    Brisket is trimmed and will go on the Pit Boss in about 30 minutes. 12 to 14 hour cook at 200 overnight and will wrap it and finish tomorrow for 2 more hours at 250 then let it rest and be ready for tomorrow nights supper.
