    Click...click! Why?

Whenever i get a shell that does that I usually toss it in the water where I can pick it up later on the off chance that it decides to go off after I take it out of the chamber.

If you could pick only one RNT duck call what would it be?

thank you for that post. Extremely informative. I actually messaged Echo calls yesterday and explained that I’m used to a double reed but really want a single reed. He suggested that a breaker would be a good call for me.

If you could pick only one RNT duck call what would it be?

Mostly open areas. Also where I live we get a lot of wind. I’m thinking volume would be pretty important.

If you could pick only one RNT duck call what would it be?

I’m more conflicted now than before I started this thread. lol. I’m seriously looking at an echo breaker now. I’m thinking this could turn into an expensive obsession.

If you could pick only one RNT duck call what would it be?

I know for a fact that I’m not a great caller. I’ve called in ducks but I keep it simple. Quacks and greeting calls mostly.

If you could pick only one RNT duck call what would it be?

I knew it would happen but now I’m wondering what people would choose if they didn’t want an RNT. I really don’t like the look of the echo calls. I know looks don’t kill ducks but I want something that I like to look at.

If you could pick only one RNT duck call what would it be?

I’m probably going to get a ton of answers and reasons why one call is better than the others but I’m going to ask anyway. I want to buy a good single reed call and I’ve narrowed it down to RNT but there are so many different models that I’m not sure which one to get. I’d say that I’m an average...

    Decoy weights

That’s what I use on all of my decoys. 2x 8 oz barrel leads. Even they move in some of the wind we get here so I usually stamp them into the mud when it’s blowing.

    Affordable 20 gauge semi auto??

Honestly I’m not sure anymore. Lol. As I’ve been looking around it seems like most 20 gauge guns are either around 600$ or over 1500$. That’s in Canadian dollars. The more I look at it the more likely it seems that I’ll end up buying something higher end unless I can find something used.

    Waterfowl subscription boxes

Does anybody subscribe to any of these? I got the sportsman’s box last week to try. I wasn’t expecting anything special since I got the least expensive option but to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. A sure shot duck call that sounds terrible. A cheap headlight thats fine but...

    Affordable 20 gauge semi auto??

Well guys before this gets into an argument about what is worth the money and what isn’t I’d like to thank everybody for their opinions and feedback. After looking around a bit I’m probably going to have to go with what’s available when I’m ready to buy. I live in Canada and don’t have any gun...

    Affordable 20 gauge semi auto??

Has anybody heard about the Canuck brand of shotguns? I’ve been looking around and since I’m in Canada my options are a bit more limited. I came across these and the price looks right but I’ve never really heard of them before...

    Affordable 20 gauge semi auto??

What is everyone’s recommendations for an affordable 20 gauge semi auto? This gun won’t be used a whole lot. I’m trying to get my girlfriend into hunting and I have a son who will probably use it a bit when he gets a bit older.

    Beretta 301,302,303 and then 390,391,3901??

    Beretta 301,302,303 and then 390,391,3901??

I have an A303 that my father gave me. His came with a fixed full choke and I called stoeger Canada about buying a barrel with chokes so he could keep using it with steel shot and they informed me that the gun should have been sold in Europe but for some reason they sold some in Canada. That’s...

    Magnum Mallard Spread

God I would love to have a dozen black ducks like that. If I’m being really picky I’d maybe darken the heads on the black ducks a bit.
