Any idea for this year?
Hope we get to go to Saskatchewan this year. Someone has to do it.
I have a brother who lives in Rio Rancho. He has lived there for 29 years now.
Is the goose hunting decent around there?
Just courious, I don't plan on hunting down there, just wondering.
Scheduled for late Sept in Sk.
Afternoon Dr. Duk & Birdcrazy,
We are scheduled to leave on September 24, 2020 & October 22, 2020, lets hope the boarder is open, I am two old to jump over the 5 strand barb wire fence between the US & Canada. (2, 10 day trips free lancing in Saskatchewan since 1998)
Goose hunting in NM is fair, lots of birds spread out around the state were their is water for roost ponds, also Crane hunting on the East side of the state and a draw Crane hunt in the Middle Rio Grande Valley. Looks like it is getting dry here in the state and hope for some summer rains to fill up the ponds and low areas.
Rio Rancho, NM
Fairly new hunter from Oklahoma, but hoping to make a few trips up to CO for this upcoming waterfowl season. A change in scenery and weather will be much appreciated!
Late season goose hunting along the front range can be fantastic it not!
Get cold up there yesterday?
Yup. In the 20s with 6” of snow
